Often ferry dates change but your hotel dates are difficult to reschedule, so it’s recommended to reserve ferry tickets before booking hotels to avoid a reschedule penalty from the hotel.
- Boats: We suggest booking boat trips next, especially for Ross Island and North Bay, based on the schedule and your interest in these excursions.
Hotel Bookings:
- Once ferry and boat tickets are secured, suggest appropriate hotel accommodations based on the confirmed schedules. This ensures that there are no conflicts with check-in/out times.
Cab Transfers:
- Arrange for airport to hotel transfer, and then from the hotel to ferry or boat terminals. Cabs can be booked once the ferry, boat, and hotel schedules are finalized to ensure smooth transfers.
Activities:
- After confirming the main travel itinerary, offer optional activities like scuba diving, parasailing, or a glass-bottom boat ride based on their interests. Activities should be scheduled to fit around the ferry and boat timings.
